Clearmode Acne Program
The program ends when your skin has been clear for four weeks straight.
Clearmode is my acne program. We start with a full history of your skin, then you come in every two weeks for treatment while I adjust your routine as your skin changes. Most clients clear in 3 to 6 months.

How it works
This is the longest appointment I do, and everything after it is built on it. We start at your first breakout and work forward: every product, prescription and treatment you’ve tried, what helped, what made things worse, and your health from top to bottom. Then I treat your skin, and you go home with a routine built from your answers.
This is where your skin clears. At every visit I treat your skin, look at what’s changed since the last one, and adjust your routine to match. A new breakout pattern tells me something. So does a quiet stretch. Your plan changes as fast as your skin does.
Once you’ve been 100% clear for four weeks, you graduate. Then we build the maintenance plan that keeps you clear through seasons, stress, travel and whatever else your skin reacts to.
What I ask of you
Commit to the first 90 days, use the product routine I give you, and follow my guidance.
Products are sold separately. A first purchase usually runs $250–300 and lasts 2–3 months.
In clients’ words
“I’ve had acne since high school and never ‘grew out of it.’ Even in my 20s and 30s, I continued to struggle with cystic acne, until I met Tiffany.”
“After trying everything out there, she’s the only person who asked questions, listened, was curious, and finally got me acne free.”
“I used to have red, painful acne concentrated on my cheeks, forehead, and chin… Now, my skin is basically all smooth.”
Questions
How long does it take to get clear?
Three to six months for most people. Acne-triggering medications, or food triggers that stay in your diet, can make it take longer.
Can hormonal acne be treated in the program?
Yes. Hormones are one of the triggers the program looks at closely, along with diet, products and lifestyle.
Can I use my own products?
No. Mixing in products that aren’t part of your plan makes it impossible to tell what’s working, and it delays getting clear.
Do I have to change my diet?
That’s your choice. About 65% of people in the program have food-related triggers, and they don’t get 100% clear without removing them.
I’m on acne medication. Can I join?
If you’ve taken Accutane in the past six months, not yet. For other acne medications, text me first at 703-677-8458 and we’ll talk it through.
I have sensitive skin. Can I still do it?
Yes. Every treatment and routine is matched to where your skin is right now.
What happens after I’m clear?
You move to a maintenance plan with regular check-ins, so we can adjust for seasons, stress or anything else that changes.
