Ava's Core Acne Routine is a complete, step-by-step AM and PM skincare system.

 

☀️ AM Routine

 

• Pore Clearing Cleansing Oil — Deep cleans pores, nourishes barrier and makes you less oily; use a washcloth to wipe off.
• Azelaic Lotion — Calms inflammation, hydrates, and evens skin tone.
• Mandelic Serum — Exfoliates and reduces inflammation.
• Blemish Control — Oxygenates pores; allow to fully dry before applying the next step.
• Brighten & Restore (Vitamin C) — Fades acne scars, boosts radiance, and supports the skin barrier.
• SPF — Broad-spectrum sun protection to prevent post-acne hyperpigmentation.

 

🌙 PM Routine

• Retinol Serum — Accelerates cell turnover and reduces the appearance of acne scars.

• Brighten & Restore — Fades acne scars, boosts radiance, and supports the skin barrier.
• Medshield Moisturizer — Seals in actives and restores the skin barrier with deep, protective hydration.

 

DIM and Liver Nutrients, 2 daily. 

Apply each product in the order listed below, morning and evening. For Blemish Control, wait until fully dry before applying the next product. Expect a 3-6 month timeline to get 100% clear. AM: Cleanse → Azelaic Lotion → Mandelic Serum → Blemish Control → Brighten & Restore (Vitamin C) → SPF PM: Cleanse → Azelaic Lotion → Retinol Serum → Blemish Control → Brighten & Restore → Medshield Moisturizer
